 An underground parking spot will be allocated for every 75 m² of rental area. This provides convenient and secure parking options for tenants. 

 Guests of the tenants are allowed to park in the front outdoor parking area, ensuring convenient parking options for visitors. 

 The building owner, Al Ameed Coffee Company, will install all copper lines for the air conditioning (AC) units throughout the office spaces. However, it is the responsibility of each tenant to install their own outdoor and indoor AC units within their respective office spaces. This allows tenants to have control over their AC systems and customize them according to their specific needs. 

 he rental fee includes essential building services such as electricity, security, and cleaning. These services are separate from the monthly electricity bills for the office and are provided to ensure a well-maintained and secure environment for tenants.
 

 Tenants are only allowed to display their logos within the building lobby and their own office spaces. The display of logos on the exterior of the building is not permitted. This policy ensures a uniform and professional appearance for the building's exterior.
